Anthroposophical College of the Arts

The curriculum of the foundation year includes:  Anthroposophy, Cosmology, Projective Geometry, Eurythmy (tone and speech), Speech and Drama, Painting (watercolour), Form-drawing, Music-theory, Sculpture (clay-modeling). Guest lecturers will talk on different topics that include Christology, Steiner-education, architecture, bio-dynamic agriculture, anthroposophical medicine and other related topics.

Students, who complete the course satisfactorily, will receive a Certificate that will enable them to pursue further training, such as eurythmy, art-therapy and Rudolf Steiner education.

                    FOUR YEAR EURYTHMY DIPLOMA COURSE

Beside the main topic (Eurythmy) the curriculum includes:  Study of music, Painting, Introduction in Educational Eurythmy and Steiner Education, Anthroposophical Medicine, Speech formation, English literature, Sculpture (clay-modeling), Anthroposophy, Art-history, Form-drawing.

The course culminates in a Diploma, recognised by the "Section for Speech, Eurythmy and Music" in Dornach, Switzerland.

The graduates can work as eurythmy teachers in Rudolf Steiner schools, also in therapeutic communities, in schools for children in need of special care, and in adult education.

The graduates also can continue with further training, such as Pedagogical Eurythmy, Curative Eurythmy, or Eurythmy as Performing Art.

The College offers also regular evening classes and weekend workshops.
